Taking two television classics, I gave them a parenting twist…
Guests split into teams of 5-7 people to play Family Fued. They guess the top answers to surveys like “Name something you always find at the bottom of a diaper bag.”

Guests put their budgeting skills to the test, guessing the actual retail price of essential baby items for a Price is Right themed game. Winner is closest to the total price.
An updated 2026 price sheet with baby products available at Walmart. Included is adjusted price for inflation for year of mom’s birth.
Activity Stations
For guests looking for a quieter moment to connect, we set up two beautifully signed stations using our printable templates.
We placed a beautiful keepsake Bible on a designated table with highlighters. Guests were invited to flip through and highlight their favorite verses, leaving their name and notes of wisdom in the margins for the family to read for years to come.
The Time Capsule: A station dedicated to the future. Guests wrote heartfelt letters, predictions, and advice to the baby girl, sealing them away in a time capsule meant to be opened on her 18th birthday.

VIDZBYSAV posts another iconic exposé end – of – year video.
I’ve been itching to show you where I have been the past 3 years. A series of fortunate events has brought us to now – surrounded by the people I love the most.
I watch this year’s video with tears in my eyes because it’s filled with faces of the some of my most treasured moments with my most treasured people. I thank God everyday for bringing these people in my life; bucket fillers, heart warmers, bullet takers, ride or dies, my FOUND FAMILY!!!
I will forever remember 2025 as the year of celebration. Of everything coming full circle. I am planted in gratitude of all the captured and uncaptured moments.
I told you from the beginning, I do all this to one day prove to my kids that their mom used to be cool! “One day” is just a bit sooner than you thought 😉

As a grand and dramatic person, I had to do something grand and dramatic for my pregnancy reveal and that is how I came up with this murder mystery party. Everything is created from scratch, and I customized it specifically to fit my friends and my situation. That being said, this script can be used for any sort of outcome with a bit of tweaking on the “Solution Sheet”.
It was SO fun, everyone is STILL talking about it, and I got messages from all my friend’s parents, significant others, and anyone else I told passing by on the street that this was the coolest, most unique, and fun idea they had heard in a long time. Everyone involved said it was in their top 3 most fun nights they have ever had. I think using it as a reveal was the icing on the cake so if you can time it to do your share some special news, I would. This could be a pregnancy reveal, marriage proposal, gender reveal, elopement reveal, anniversary surprise, retirement farewell, new business launch, family reunion… the options are endless and I love any reason to gather and celebrate!
The only costs were for printing and I bought pizza that night for everyone. I used all the décor, costumes, props, etc.. that I had on hand. This was the cheapest event I have ever thrown and according to all my friends, the BEST event I have ever thrown. The effort put forth was the most consuming, but I have done all the hard work for you by creating a one-of-a-kind story and script. All you have to do is print and play!

Themes for engagement parties are totally trending right now. A theme I have seen ideas for but has not been executed (well) is “Fresh off the Market”.
And if there are two things I know how to do it’s, 1) throw a damn good party and 2) find love in a farmer’s market.
I don’t know why I “wasted” this theme on Sarah Sprout, because as one of my friends pointed out, me and my future husband ACTUALLY met at a Farmers Market but I guess it is just upping the ante for what theme she will come up for my engagement rager.
Anyhow, I wouldn’t have done anything different because she absolutely LOVED it and it was perfect and adorable and so fun and everyone got to dress up so cute!!

Made with Love Party Favors: Who doesn’t love a little take-home keepsake that will ACTUALLY get used? The little jam jars are the perfect size for a personal breakfast serving of toast or yogurt or just raw if you are a crazy mama jamma (me). If they are not available at your local grocery store, these mini Bonne Maman jars can be bought in bulk online. A family favorite is the raspberry preserve so I got extra from World Market. There were a few different tags on each of them made of brown paper. I give you templates to print for yourself with the option to customize.

A little extra look into how we made it happen…
Here is the run down of the day’s events…
He proposed at the Dry Lake Beds, photos from their engagement here. We had crafted a plan to get her out there on the dirt bike and hide in helmets, goggles, and masks in the razor until we saw him pull over. He stopped because he “had something in his boot” (genius on-the-spot thinking). That’s when he pulled out a mini bible and the ring, and we sped up behind her to get footage of the special moment.
I was shaking so bad I could hardly keep steady but I will die for the shot so I bucked up, gave myself a sharp slap, and captured these perfect moments. Photozbysav, Book today.
We cracked some champagne and celebrated for a moment. But unbeknownst to Sarah, all her friends, family, and future family were waiting back at the house to celebrate with her too. We made up a lie and left early, pedal down to beat them back.
I downloaded the best of the photos on the bumpy, wind harassed ride back and sent them over for them to play as a slideshow on the big TV screen at their house. (This was in between the razor whiplash and mouthfuls of dirt and bugs… Hold your photographers accountable people, it’s not that hard to send some sneak peeks).
When she walked through the door, she was immersed in the Farmers Market experience I had set up: flowers everywhere, a variety of fruit and veggies, bright outfits, giant and colorful signs proclaiming why were all there – to PARTY with the newly engaged couple!!
The rest of the day was spent toasting, socializing, looking at the popped-the-question pics, munching on brunch, making personal bouquets from the bloom bar, and celebrating!
And of course, when you get engaged, a wedding is to follow. They decided this wedding would take place the month after this, so as her designated wedding planner/maid of honor/videographer/photographer/best friend, I am on crunch time. More on this to come…
